HOOK pins the song playing in a Chrome mix or livestream. There is no account and no login.

Install HOOK

HOOK is a Chrome extension named HOOK: Pin the song in this mix (older listing: HOOK: Identify the song in this tab). Open the Chrome Web Store from your developer dashboard listing — store search for the word “hook” shows other apps first.

Identify a song

• Open a mix, livestream, or YouTube Music tab that is actually playing.
• Click the HOOK icon, or press Alt+Shift+H. TAP pins the title and this second.
• Play at that second, open Spotify, or Share a link friends can open.
• If it misses, play the chorus and tap once more.
