Service

HOOK is a Chrome extension that identifies the song playing in the current tab. The free plan includes 10 TAP identifications per day. HOOK Pro adds Auto identification and 100 TAP identifications per day.

Payments

HOOK Pro is billed by Creem as Merchant of Record. After checkout a license key is emailed; paste it in HOOK Settings. Price is $9.99/month or $79/year. Tax may appear at checkout by country.

Cancel and refunds

Cancellation and refunds follow Creem’s checkout and email terms. Pro remains available until the end of the paid period after you cancel.

Limits

Identification depends on third-party catalogs and is not guaranteed for every track. DRM players such as Netflix cannot be captured.
